In general  what concerns you most is your appearance and your PROGRESS.

 

Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone your muscles, improve the appearance or build large muscles, the real question is “, ARE YOU REALLY MAKING PROGRESS ?

 

You really didn’t start doing exercise to pass the time at gym or merely to appreciate the achievements of others.

Getting stuck at the” no progress zone “is the reality for most people.

 

Leaving your progress apart, look around in your own gym and keep an eye on the trainees who train regularly.

progressIn six months time, most of the same regular trainees- regardless of their level of experience- will still be training but still wouldn’t have made any detectable change in their appearance or strength. And there probably won’t be any change after next six months either.

 

Be honest with yourself.

 

Have you really made noticeable progress over the last few months?

 

If you haven’t made any noticeable progress over the last few months, you are not going to make any noticeable progress over the next few months, unless you implement major changes.

 

Please face the facts.

 

Which hasn’t worked for you over recent months is not going to work for you over the next few months.

 

Don’t stick to an approach that doesn’t work for you.


Have the courage to make changes, irrespective of the fact whether your approach resembles with others who train around you or not.

 

Many trainees typically attempt to find out the best training schedule, best biceps exercise, best supplements and best whatever else. These are the small minor factors that should be performed over the major factor.

 

Not any serious focus on relatively minor factors will take you towards progress if your overall approach is out of order.

 

If you have not made any progress for a few months, it is time for the major change of what you have been doing, not mere fine- tuning.

 

Life is not indefinite.

 

And your best training years won’t last forever.
